Chapa Ecolodge is easy to access from the airport. In fact, you can even book your airport transfer in advance for greater peace of mind. Just use the “Let us know what you need” section of the booking page to let the hotel know you want to book a ride, and we will contact you by email or Facebook. For those who wish to drive their own cars, Chapa Ecolodge has a car park that’s close to the hotel (on the road side). Parking is free for guests. If you’re looking for an easy way to get around Sapa with private transportation, the hotel can arrange both taxis or car rental.

The service is upscale. The staff are professional, attentive and very friendly. The food at the restaurant on-site is delicious (I recommend you try the grilled honey chicken). The way the lodges are built, ensures lots of privacy, giving you the feel of high-end exclusivity while offering gorgeous expansive views.

Chapa Ecolodge gives you an authentic taste of Sapa without sacrificing comfort. You’re surrounded by traditional rice fields and local villages. It’s a beautiful way to experience the culture while staying in a peaceful, eco-conscious setting. We loved the blend of modern comfort and rural charm.
The nearby villages are walkable, and locals were kind and welcoming. Staying here felt like a bridge between traveler and tradition.
We originally booked for two nights but extended our stay. It’s just that peaceful and comfortable. Each day we felt more relaxed and more connected to nature. We didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back.
If your schedule allows, book extra nights; you won’t regret it. This place grows on you in the best way.
Breakfast was delicious, and there was a cozy outdoor terrace to enjoy it on. You can also have dinner here in the evening, and the food was honestly amazing. We had a barbecue one night, and the owner prepared the meat perfectly — everything was incredibly flavorful and juicy.
The ecolodge is located right at the start of a lovely hiking trail through the valley, and it is relatively close to Sapa, where we rented a scooter. It was a peaceful oasis compared to the busier atmosphere of Sapa, and a great base for exploring the surrounding area.
The owner was very friendly and spoke excellent English, which made everything feel easy and welcoming.
We truly loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility, nature, and great food. 🌿
